25 litre containers of organic extra virgin olive oil from

our farm in Tivissa, in the UNESCO Terres de l'Ebre Biosphere Reserve. Very low acidity, early harvest, unfiltered (more antioxidants & nutrients) carefully balanced coupage of local varieties, incl. fulla de salze, farga, morrut del Regués and arbequina. Our farm is certified organic. All we do is prune the trees, cut the grass once a year and put pheremone traps up to ensure the olive flies don't damage the crop. We don't spray anything on the trees and we don't use fertiliser.
