In the UK, as of October 2026, quince trees usually start at around £24.95 for simple bare-root plants. For larger, potted trees, prices hover near £49.99, while premium selections range between £59.99 and £72.00, depending on the variety and size. Popular types like Champion and Meech’s Prolific typically cost between £24.95 and £34.99. Meanwhile, Serbian Gold and Vranja varieties are usually priced from £28.00 to £34.99, with larger specimens reaching up to £72.00.

If you are looking for fresh quince fruit rather than trees, wholesale prices in the UK during late September and early October 2026 average about £8.56 per kilogram. Retail prices, especially in smaller markets, are generally higher, ranging from £1.53 to £5.37 per kilogram, depending on quality and the seller.

I sell quince

This October 2026, there are many ways to buy or sell quince across the UK. Renowned for its distinctive aroma and versatility in cooking, quince is becoming increasingly popular among home chefs and small-scale producers. Whether you have surplus fruit to offer or need fresh quince for making jams, jellies, or pies, the market is active.

Examples include:

• hand-picked quince from a Kent orchard with competitive bulk pricing,
• organic quince from a small farm in Herefordshire, available for delivery or collection,
• varied quality options to meet different needs.

These options make sourcing quality quince this autumn easier than ever.

I buy quince

This October, I am actively searching for quince in the UK, attracted by its unique flavor and usefulness in preserves and cooking. Many sellers nationwide offer freshly harvested quince.

Examples of available offers:

• a Kent farm marketing bulk organic, freshly picked quince,
• a Yorkshire supplier advertising premium-quality quince ideal for jams and desserts.

These opportunities show the increasing presence of quince in the UK market this fall. If you sell quince, now is the perfect time to connect with eager buyers.

Purchase of quince

As of October 2026, quince wholesale prices in the UK stand at approximately £8.56 per kilogram. This reflects a 45% increase compared to last year’s average, indicating higher costs than usual. Since the quince season typically runs from October through December, this timing is ideal. Due to limited supply and rising prices, acting promptly to secure fresh quince is recommended.
